Rob has served as the Executive Director of the Texas Golf Association since 2001. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the First Tee of Dallas, Women’s Texas Golf Association and Texas Alliance of Recreational Organizations.

Matt has been with the Legends Junior Tour since its inception in 2005. Prior to his role with the TLJT, Matt worked as a USGA PJ Boatwright Intern with the Texas Golf Association in Dallas. During this time, Matt assisted with all aspects of tournament operations with TGA State and Regional Championships. Matt also assisted as a rules official at numerous USGA Championship Qualifiers in the Dallas area.

Matt was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from SMU in Dallas and went on to obtain a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Outside of golf, Matt is a sports referee, working basketball, football, and softball.

Dave began his career in the golf business at Pine Valley Golf Club, at the age of 16, when he joined the grounds crew at the prestigious facility. After spending five summers there, he began his career in tournament operations with an internship with the American Junior Golf Association. While with the AJGA, Dave assisted in all aspects of tournament operations at 11 events throughout the country.

Dave then moved on to the Golf Association of Philadelphia, the nation’s oldest regional golf association, where he spent four years in the tournament operations department as well as two years in the handicapping department.

Dave was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Mass Communication in 2000. He is an avid Eagles fan and enjoys listening to live music and watching movies when not on the golf course.

Hallie was raised in Huntsville, Texas and received a BFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design. Her golf career at SCAD included winning two tournaments, playing in 4 NAIA National Championships and acting as team captain her last two years.

Hallie joined the Legends Junior Tour in February of 2010. Prior to that she was a USGA PJ Boatwright Intern for the Texas Golf Association in Houston. During her tenure with the TGA she was able to learn the ins and outs of golf administration as well as put her design background to use.

In her spare time Hallie enjoys traveling, musical theater and dressing up her yorkie.

Eric was born and raised in Austin, Texas and recently graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a degree in Mass Communications. He hopes to continue a career in golf administration. He is a devoted Yankee fan and during his free time enjoys playing and listening to live music.
