Kim, Luitwieler & Goodwin Win the Bluebonnet Championship

Charles Kim's 4-under-par 68 was enough to get him in a four-way playoff, where he won on the first hole at the Bluebonnet Championship. Maddie Luitwieler of Katy captured her first LJT victory after posting a 2-under-par 70. Noah Goodwin of Corinth made a par on the first playoff hole to outlast Whit Parker of Conway, Ark., in the Boys 14 & Under division.

Texas State Junior Championship Registration

Entries open for the 86th Texas State Junior Championship presented by Merrill Lynch on April 1. The TSJC will be held on July 29 - August 2 at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay. Entries close at 5:00PM on Monday, June 17.

Legends Junior Tour well represented at UIL State Tournament

The Legends Junior Tour was well represented at this week’s UIL 4A and 5A State Golf Championship. All four individual winners - Scottie Scheffler, Andrew Paysee, Grace Choi, and Taylor Coleman are current LJT players. Three of the four have previously won an LJT event, and two are former Player of the Year winners.

Two LJT Players Earn A Spot At LPGA Event

Haley Mills of Fort Worth and Taylor Coleman of San Antonio earned spots in the North Texas LPGA Shootout via the High School Shootout, held April 25-28 at Las Colinas Country Club. Mills finished T73 and Coleman was T77.
